Welcome to the Auckland Women Lawyers’ Association
If you work in the law and you are a woman then we need to connect.
We represent the interests and highlight the issues affecting women solicitors, barristers, judges, in-house counsel, law students and community representatives in the legal profession today.
We host regular social functions, professional panels and discussion groups and we make submissions to Parliament on issues that affect women such as paid parental leave, diversity initiatives, domestic violence and relationship property.
Joining AWLA is a great way to make valuable professional contacts and promote legal women in Auckland and beyond.

Our membership runs from January to December – and we run events throughout the year, so any time is a good time to join!
