Panel consists of:
- Brigette Shone and India Townsend (Special Counsel, Russell McVeagh and Senior Associate, Simpson Grierson and AWLA Committee members) – Brigette and India will introduce a new free parental leave resource compiled by AWLA and will discuss the results of AWLA’s recent survey into law firm parental leave entitlements.
- Rachael Judge (Senior Associate in the Employment Law team at Simpson Grierson) – Rachael will provide an overview of statutory parental leave entitlements, together with practical considerations for employees.
- Natalya King (Legal Counsel at TVNZ) – Natalya will provide an overview of the TVNZ parental leave policy drafting process, together with insights into parental leave considerations in the corporate environment.
