The Auckland Women Lawyers Association is proud to announce that it now taking entries for its 2017 Writing Prize. This prize aims to foster and reward undergraduate research and writing on how the law affects women and the place of women in the law. All undergraduate law students at the University of Auckland and Auckland University of Technology are eligible.
To apply, you must submit one 3,000 word essay on the relationship between women and the law, which complies with the New Zealand Law Style Guide. The word count is a maximum/limit with a 20% discount below. Please attach a covering letter and a 250 word abstract of your work.
All applications must be submitted to admin@awla.nz by 5pm on Friday 31 August 2017.
