The Auckland Women Lawyers Association is pleased to announce that it is now taking entries for its 2025 Writing Prize. This prize aims to foster and reward research and writing on the intersection of the law and issues of concern to women and/or women and children which encompass the wider objectives of AWLA. Any person who identifies as a woman who is studying towards an LLB, LLB (Hons), LLM and PhD at the University of Auckland and Auckland University of Technology is eligible.
Margaret Wilson Scholarship 2025
Auckland Women Lawyers’ Association is looking for candidates for our $3,000 Margaret Wilson Scholarship. The scholarship’s purpose is to support undergraduate and postgraduate studies in law and attendance at any professional legal studies course offered at College of Law or Institute of Professional Legal Studies only which encompass the wider objectives of AWLA. Any person who identifies as a woman who is studying towards an LLB, LLB (Hons), LLM or PhD in Law at the University of Auckland or Auckland University of Technology may apply.
